A fantastic experience from start to finish. On arrival we were allowed to browse for a little while before being approached by Ben. I don't like being harassed from the moment I arrive. Ben was friendly and very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and let us take the car out on a test drive. He did not hurry or pressure us to buy a car and spent a long time with us, patiently talking through the various options. Once we decided to buy the car Ben was upfront and honest about delivery times and stayed in regular contact to keep us updated. When the car arrived and we went to collect it he knew it was a special moment for me so had arranged an unveiling of the car in the showroom. At all times I was impressed with the service from Ben and Audi Boston; the staff are friendly and helpful, the customer service is excellent and the showroom is immaculate. I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

I'd just like to say a MASSIVE thanks you to William Munro (Will) who is absolutely amazing! When I saw my new car come out of the ground I was completely gob smacked! And a bottle of bubbles in the boot! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I haven't stopped talking about it to anyone who will listen to me. Will was a total gem, he helped me pick the car I really wanted, he took me for a test drive and talked me through some of the extras I may or may not want and in generally he was a real laugh, which made the whole experience a lot easier and he wasn't at all pushy (which I thought all car salesmen would be) – a total credit to the dealership and the JCT600 brand. My brother in-law Jonny Conroy recommended the Audi garage in Sheffield and I was not let down. Jonny told me to go and see Ben the manager who was also totally amazing and took the time to have a chat with me and passed me on to Will. I live in Birmingham so I could have gone to another showroom closer to me but I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else now. Even though I've just got my totally, wicked, awesome, shiny new car (in red, so beautiful!) I'm already looking forward to coming back in 3 years to pick out my next one.

We were very impressed with the help and advice we received from Andrew in parts regarding fitting a new front spoiler to my van. We got booked in for this very quickly including a service and a recall which we were informed about upon booking the service. The bodywork, service and recall were all done in the same day and I was able to collect the day after I took the van in, which is helpful as it is for business use. I was well looked after when I arrived to bring the van in, invoices etc were sent quickly. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you.

Went to SEAT Hillsborough Mon 22nd June to look for a new Mobility car met Helen Rhodes, a very friendly person, her product knowledge was marvellous.
