I bought a new Audi Q7 on the 22nd January 2016 from your dealership. I would like to thank the team who dealt with me: Chris Farnes and especially Tom Sealey who played the main role. This has been the most exceptional experience I have had buying a new car. They were both very friendly but very professional - perfect balance between the two. This matters a lot to me particularly as I will be dealing with Sheffield Audi JCT600 for all after care service in the coming years. I'm really pleased too with the after care service and overall, the whole set up at JCT600 is exceptionally efficient, professional, helpful and friendly.

I am also very grateful to Tom Sealey because the car that I was going to buy slipped out of my hands for reasons that were solely down to me. Had I put the £1000 deposit down right away it would have reserved the car. But I chose not to as I needed to speak with my family about the car that night and by the time I got back the next morning someone in York had already bought it. But Tom went into overdrive and managed to find me the perfect car within one day. He's been absolutely brilliant and an exceptional pleasure to work with. He's gone out of his way for me at every turn, which is extremely appreciated.

Overall, I'm thrilled with the whole experience. Superb in every single way. Thank you JCT600

Having arranged my vehicle for a service, Audi offered to arrange a taxi to take me back to work after dropping it off with them. They then promptly finished on time and called to let me know the vehicle was ready and if I would like picking up. On collecting the vehicle, the service manager then gave me a teddy bear for our first child (due this week!) What a great touch! The Audi service at Sheffield is fantastic, and one of the main reasons why I choose Audi as my car. Keep up the fantastic service.

Superb no pressure sales from Scott Ward. Great advice when it came to decision making again from Scott. Patient to the end as this has been a decision taken over a 9 month period.
