We are very happy with the service that we have received at JCT600. The salesman Robin has been extremely helpful, the receptionist Debbie is very pleasant and the managers we have met have also been very helpful.

My wife, Amanda, and I have purchased Mercedes-Benz over quite a number of years from Mercedes-Benz of York and have always found the service, the vehicles and subsequent support to be of a high quality. We recently dropped into the York showroom to talk about changing Amanda's ML and spoke to Simon Edwards. Overall we felt he was outstanding, he did not push, was very knowledgeable and understood our situation. 
Because of his help and guidance Amanda purchased a new GLC 220d. Simon kept in touch whilst the vehicle was being delivered, arranged the handover - which was dealt with very well, and followed up to ensure she likes the vehicle and that it is performing as expected.
We like the car, having used it for about two weeks now. This is the first time we have dealt with JCT600 and so far it has been a good experience, they seem to have an excellent attitude towards customer satisfaction. The New Car Manager came out and had a long chat with us, we then received a follow up call to check our satisfaction level and our experience from a financial aspect. Overall we are very pleased with the service provided by Simon, JCT 600 York, and the vehicle purchased, and will definitely be using them again.

After looking for my daughter’s ideal car, within her budget and of a high spec, I found one a good couple of hours away, but it was well worth it as she loves the car and it was even better than originally described. I wouldn't usually buy such an expensive item without actually seeing it, but James rang me and offered to do an online walk round of the car. When we arrived at the showroom we were made very welcome, and James came outside to greet us. The car was perfect and the transaction was quick and easy. The site had their showroom launch that weekend, and had some classic cars and a retro van on display which my little boy got to sit in. It was a lovely ran garage and all the staff seemed very nice. Thank you to James for looking after us, I would highly recommend visiting JCT600 and specifically Vauxhall Bradford.

My husband and I bought a Volkswagen Golf cabriolet from JCT600 Volkswagen Sheffield. We don't usually like salespeople as our experience has been that they are usually full of themselves, overly 'pushy' and care about themselves more than the customer! However, on this occasion it was a pleasure to make a purchase. Our salesperson was Scott Poxon and he was just perfect...he had great knowledge on the product he was selling, he went through all the optional extras we could purchase (giving us time to think about it) without being too pushy and he made us feel valued as customers. Scott made sure that we were 100% happy with everything before we left the premises. Great work Scott! We will be back to see what you have in stock when we are ready to replace our other car!

I collected my approved used Audi A5 convertible yesterday from Audi Grimsby. As I live in Norwich all my dealings with regarding choosing a vehicle, part exchange etc. had been over the phone or by email. I went through the sales process with David Nichols. David is extremely professional, very polite and his customer service is first class. I have bought a lot cars and motorcycles over the years and David has easily been the most courteous, honest and reliable salesperson I have dealt with. Not once did he ever not return a phone call or an email on the same day. He gave me the best part exchange price for my car right from the start. In his own time David searched for vehicles that may be of interest to me and we did actually find one, but this vehicle was at another JCT600 dealership. Upon arrival at Audi Grimsby we were very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. I met David on Sunday and he was as personable and professional as he has always been over the phone and email. I cannot recommend David and Grimsby Audi enough. I guess when you get your car serviced, you don't really expect too much - you just hope that it's picked up and dropped off on time and that the work is done to a reasonable standard. However, I was blown away by the level of service provided when JCT600 serviced my X3 last week! I was contacted a number of times to explain exactly what progress had been made, and I received a video showing key checks across the car which was totally unexpected. Thanks to the staff members for doing a great job!

We went into the Audi Lincoln showroom to inquire about getting a Motability car for my mum, we were given a table to wait at and offered a drink, and this put both me and my mum at ease because walking into a big showroom can sometimes be very daunting. We were then seen by Steve Barton, who helped us during every step of the process. He made everything very simple and he included my mum, who is severely disabled and finds communication difficult at times. From ordering the vehicle to the point of collection, Steve kept us informed by email, and telephone so we knew exactly what was happening. Even after the transaction he made sure we knew that we could contact him for anything. I was very impressed with our dealings with Audi Lincoln, and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you.
