All i have to say is one word BRILLIANT - The whole experience from the moment we stepped into Audi last year to the moment we left with our new car on Tuesday the 1st of March. Robert was brilliant with us never pushy with us, explained everything to us and was a joy being in his company. Thank you to everyone at Audi, especially Robert.

I was looking for a SEAT Exeo and had seen a couple nearer home but the customer service was not very good compared to JCT600, where I was looked after from day 1. As I was 285 miles from SEAT Sheffield, Tim Nuttall and Stuart Allinson looked after me, providing me with a detailed video right through to the day I picked the vehicle up. The welcome I got was unbelievable, not any pushy selling like others. In future I will be bypassing all other dealers for the 100% customer service I received from a trusted dealer JCT600 thanks Tim and Stuart.

As a family we don't do simple! I accompanied my daughter to Audi Sheffield when she called in to look at a new A1. I had no intention of buying a new car but on a return visit with her a few days later I was so impressed with the hospitality and the cars on offer, I bought a new A3. My wife was even more impressed and she bought a new A1 too!

After leaving Audi Sheffield I picked up my son and he bought a new small car having only passed his driving test a few weeks before. Four cars in one day. 

Now looking forward to accompanying my wife to collect her new A1 in a couple of weeks.
