Ipurchased a BMW 118d from Bradford on Wednesday 4th having put a deposit on thevehicle when I found it. The BMW JCT600 sales agent, Rickie Holden; has beenfriendly, helpful, and made the purchase easy, from taking my older BMW 1series as a part exchange, being available at a time to allow myself and myfather to drive up from London to your Bradford Showroom, and keeping thingsefficient and easy throughout. He was thorough when showing me my vehicle andconducting a test drive. The paperwork was sorted quickly and I added an extragap insurance package onto my new 118d as advised. The rest of the team atJCT600 Bradford I found friendly and welcoming; and again were free to help.The state of the showroom was spotless and generally a pleasant environment tobe in. It puts our local Coopers BMW to shame not only visually, but the staffwho work in Bradford JCT600 are a lot better with clients as well. I will bepurchasing a 3 series BMW shortly for my sister and I have maintained contactwith Rickie who is looking for a suitable vehicle and I will be using JCT600Bradford again either towards the end of this year or in early 2016. Highlyrecommend this branch and team to anyone looking for a BMW.
