Anyone wanting to buy a car, whether new or used, I would highly recommend going to JCT600 Shipley. When I went they accommodated for my price range etc. If you go speak to Michael Gallagher or Alex. Fab customer service and after care, they definitely go the extra mile!!

Hi, I would just like say that Joanne Bowie from service department has been so helpful with my Audi Q3 had a few technical problem faulty petrol cap and a leak on exhaust. I called up and Joanne managed to get me in the next day, she updated me with cars progress, she really went out of her way and was so kind to my little boy. Also as well Micheal Johnson is such a top bloke, I got my Audi from Micheal 18 months ago and he is still as helpful as the day I got it. When buying a VW up for my wife a couple of years ago we were dealt with by Ben Winter. We therefore went back to Ben regarding my Tiguan. They did not have one on the forecourt, so Ben obligingly went off and found the keys to one in the compound which he showed us. He was excellent and courteous in the way he dealt with us, not pushy but explained everything regarding the prices and different features in the various models. Having chosen a vehicle Ben sent us several videos and rang us to keep us up to date with what was happening. Everything was in the time scale he gave us. The handover was the best I have had with Ben sat in the car showing us all the different instruments, then taking us out in it for a more in depth understanding. I would certainly recommend Ben to other people and will search him out should I need another car. Oh!!! he even shared his liquorice sweets with us. Cheers Ben.

Dear Sirs, re MOT and Service on our Honda CRV today. We wanted to tell you just how good your staff are in this department. The young man who picked our car up was on time, very efficient and cheerful. Jordan Robinson phoned us to say that there was a problem with the car and the part was out of stock until tomorrow, he told us how much the job would be etc and they even sent us a video to our email address showing us where the problem was. Jordan managed to get the part through this afternoon and the job was completed, he phoned us, we paid on the MasterCard and the young man delivered our car back for us, saving us a load of hassle. Had Mazda cars for the last twenty five years and decided it was time to down size. Never thought I'd come back to Ford but the Mazda 2 Volkswagon Polo and Toyota Yaris just did not appeal to me or my wife compared to the Fiesta. Looked in Sheffield Barnsley and Wakefield (and got pestered) then I saw this little beauty at JCT600 Leeds. Spoke with your sales rep Geoff Baird and asked if it could be moved to Wakefield nearer home, no problem we'll bring it to you at home at no cost. I was gobsmacked. I'm 37 miles away. Had a test drive a few days later, fell in love with the car and Geoff delivered the following Saturday. I could not believe the smooth transaction not having to leave home. Give the man a Rise 10/10 - thanks Geoff.
