The whole experience of buying our Kia was made easier and smoother with the help of James Kesterton and Alex Wharton. They were knowledgeable, spoke to me as well as my husband, patient while we made our decisions and really good to work with. After visiting several websites / dealerships and being disillusioned with hard sell and pressure sales techniques, I called into JCT600 SEAT Menston on recommendation. I was immediately impressed by the showroom and felt at ease as and when I was introduced to Jim Hart who was my sales executive throughout. As an unaccompanied 60+ lady, I had previously felt uncomfortable and vulnerable. Not here though, Jim listened to my preferences, concerns and what I actually needed. We went through a several options and a test drive. I took my son with me on the second visit, he also had a test drive and Jim explained everything again, including finance options. My choice was the SEAT LEON we had test driven. I decided on a few optional extras and collected my car the following week (delayed due to my shift patterns).  Jim kept in regular contact with me by phone and email. I enjoyed the whole seamless 'buying a car experience' at JCT600 SEAT Menston. I love my car and have already recommended them. My son has said he will definitely use them when he changes his car.

I only intended to look at what was available when I called 2 weeks ago. I looked around the forecourt and looked at the various options. I was asked by James Templeton if I needed any help a little while later we did ask him for help. We were given the keys for the car that we had wanted to look at. No pressure was applied we had a good look round the car and made an appointment to come back two days later for a test drive. I did not intend to buy. But after driving the car and having a good chat with James we decided to proceed with the purchase. Everything went smoothly. The people at the show room were very helpful, friendly and could not have done any more for us. I must also complement Ashley Comley for the professional way in which all our business transaction was completed. I would recommend a visit to these show rooms. Every person we met was absolutely spot on.

Today I have purchased an A5 Cabriolet 2.0TDI 190PS S Line Special Edition Plus- I have been deliberating for a whole week over style, colour, finance etc. including considering to leave the Audi range for a Mercedes, As a senior Buyer I would not consider myself as an easy sell - so why did I buy Audi again for the third time? This was my second experience of purchasing a car from JCT600 Vauxhall Bradford. My 21 year old son bought his new Corsa last October and we were very pleased with the treatment he received. It was his first car and Gary Mouatt and Joe Robinson gave him lots of help and advice without being too pushy. We were passing through Sheffield on holiday when one of the electric windows failed on our TT. As it was stuck in the down position it would have ruined our holiday so we took it in at 7.15 in the morning on the 1st August on the off chance that it could be fixed. The young lady on the service desk took charge and within an hour the workshop had rigged something up to close it. They couldn't fix it but at least it was closed. They wouldn't take a payment either. It saved our driving holiday and we are very grateful. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name but she was great even though the service reception was pretty busy.

Having just purchased a nearly new Q5 from JCT600 I am very pleased to tell you that I found the whole experience a very positive and pleasant one. I visited on 5 Aug 2016; I found the recently refurbished premises excellent. They are extremely well appointed and the attention to detail and quality of fittings second to none. A very agreeable environment. I had visited to look what was on offer both used and new vehicles. I had not gone with the intention of buying that day and would have walked away if I could not find what I needed or liked. Ben Hall approached after I had been on the 'pitch' for a short while, he did not pounce and his manner was perfect. To get that right is so very important, if I didn't feel comfortable I doubt whether I would have stayed long, that's how important that initial contact is to me. Over the course of about 3 hours, Ben diligently provided me with the information I needed, we looked at and test drove cars. Ben helped me make some important decisions. He was able to answer all my questions readily and with a clear knowledge of his business. We negotiated and I made a purchase that I am extremely pleased with. I found all the Team at JCT600 Lincoln Audi very professional and caring. Well done to you all.

Right from walking in the door at Audi I was greeted very politely and helpfully. I must say I often get approached in a sales environment and am immediately put off by staff. Here was a different story. The first person to greet me was very knowledgeable of all the cars and specs I needed to start browsing the showroom. Then on my way over to the car we had in mind another sales guy stopped to see if I would like talking through the model and that was very helpful indeed. We discussed the models on offer and came to a rough idea what it was we liked. He then found a model we could test drive straight away. On the test drive we had a very comfortable conversation about all sorts and to be honest sold me on the test drive. Obviously the car was fantastic but I'm easily put off by a poor salesman and there are plenty of other places to buy. After the test drive we promptly went through figures and extras etc. and did a deal with which I was very happy. Hope the delivery and handover keeps on the same level.
