I would like to thank David Smith at Grimsby Audi for all of his help ensuring the deal for my new Audi was a very simple and enjoyable process. The transition from my TT to Q3 was very simple and his support with all documentation and questions first class. My 1 year old daughter even left the showroom with her own brand new red sit on TT. Andrew then listened to my needs and thoughts on my budget and payment terms and we quickly reached a deal which seemed agreeable to both parties (but probably more favorable to Mercedes!!) and within a week of these discussions I had collected the car. Andrew was supported by the senior sales team who also did a great job in taking my money and helping me sign on the dotted line!! Thanks again to Andy, his approach and attitude was nearly as good as the car itself.....but not quite!!

Excellent experience buying my new car. Bill went out of his way to sort out things for me. I was considering a cabriolet but needed an automatic gearbox. A demonstration model was difficult to find. In the meantime he offered an equivalent A3 to test drive so I could see the latest model and look at the new equipment available. The next concern was would it fit in my garage? So he kindly brought a cabriolet (not auto) to my house and parked it in my garage a few times for me to see this was ok and I could also check if I could get in and out of the car ok in the garage. Bill eventually found an auto cabriolet I could try out and had this for a day to test drive. Had I not had all these stages to assess the car I would not have felt comfortable to buy one.
I also found the reception at the centre friendly, with people remembering my name each time I came. The only suggestion I would make is improving the seating area when waiting at reception, which is rather dark and enclosed with no view, which contrasts with the rest of the building which is bright and open.

I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from your garage on the Saturday 12 March and I want to ensure that my feedback reaches the correct people. My initial contact with your company was through instant messenger via the Auto Trader site. The two people that I was in contact with were Josh McHugh and Susan Lloyd. The next conversation I had was with Daniel Bettley. I was looking at three different Jetta with him. We went over the spec of the car and I was able to watch a small AVI of each of the cars. At no time did Daniel pressurise me to purchase any of the cars. He was full open and transparent. I told him that I would contact later that evening and I phoned him later to tell him which car I had chosen.
Daniel went out of his way to facilitate me. He explained the different methods of payment etc. and sent me the Initial Disclosure Document. He informed me of the Volkswagen free five day insurance offer. It is fair to say that would expect all of your sales representatives to do this. However he went above and beyond what you would expect him to do as a Sales Executive. Daniel knew that I would be pushed for time on Saturday since I had to travel to Scotland to get a ferry back to Ireland. Daniel collected me from the train station, had the car taxed prior to my arrival and ensured that the paper work was completed as quickly as possible. It so also be noted that he lifted me in his own time. Lastly I had a missed phone call from Daniel on Sunday to see if I was happy with the car. 
So to summarize the above, I have never received such customer service in my life. I was extremely pleased with his phone call on Sunday. Daniels attention to detail was second to none. I would have no problems recommending your garage to anyone. And if appropriate I would be more than happy if you wish to share the contents of this email with Volkswagen UK. It was a real pleasure doing business with Daniel and your garage and I certainly look forward to doing more business with your company going forward.

I initially submitted a query as to how just add fuel worked simply out of curiosity and was contacted by Errol Krauss within the hour who answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner, which was easy for me to understand.
