All I can say is your team here have restored our faith in BMW! We've had very negative experiences with Stratstone and Sytner so decided to pay your showroom a visit. Chris greeted us straight away with a friendly manner and showed us the M3 we'd come to see. My husband and I visited JCT600 Volkswagen in Bradford with the intention of test driving a Passat estate. Michael Chang sent a video of the vehicle we were interested in before our arrival which meant we learnt more about it. Michael obviously has a great deal of pride in his work as he was enthusiastic, but not over the top. He gave us time and space to test drive the vehicle which made my husband and I feel comfortable.
