James Hollingsworth was excellent. We'd visited another Mercedes-Benz dealership at Teesside and were left disappointed with the service. Although Harrogate is 1.5 hours from home it was worth the journey. James listened to our needs, took time relate the benefits of the car to those needs, and was not at any time pushy. We own a training business including delivering sales training and James' approach was first class. He was a credit to JCT600 and we'd happily recommend him and your dealership to others. Finally, we noticed how friendly all of the others in the dealership were when we spoke to them. There was a really good atmosphere - people really seemed to be enjoying their work and took time to chat to us even though we weren't dealing direct with them. All round the experience was excellent.
