When I first walked into Audi Hull I was pleasantly greeted by the members of staff here, they were very polite and thoughtful about me and my views towards buying an Audi. I then got passed on to a gentlemen named Errol who was extremely polite and very good at finding me the right car that suited me best for my taste in style and my commitment towards my job. Everything went as smoothly as it could have gone, I have had quite a bit of experience with Vauxhall and Volkswagen sales executives and Errol is by far the best I have had. I have nothing to complain about what so ever towards Errol or JCT600 Audi Hull.

I am writing with regards to the new car that I took ownership of on Friday 30th September. My last car had to have a new multi-media screen fitted and I was given a courtesy car for the day. I liked the car very much so when I brought it back the next day, I mentioned it to Porsche and said I would be interested in seeing if I could purchase one with exactly the same specification. Porsche then asked Ashley Jessop to speak with me and he put some figures together for me to look at. We came back a few days later to see Ashley, together with Peter Robertson we worked out a deal. The way that Ashley and Peter worked with us to sort the figures was great, and so we decided to purchase the car! The customer service has been excellent; I needed to sign some more paperwork last Sunday and had to bring my nieces with me. They were very impressed; they loved the hot chocolate and Wi-Fi which made it easier for me when sorting the paperwork with Peter! I collected my new car yesterday and it was a brilliant experience, even the lady who meets you at the door was as excited as I was for me to get my new car. Credit where it is due, everyone worked so well together, Ashley has been fantastic in sorting everything out - down to the smallest detail. Nothing was too much trouble; he even made sure Spotify was all set up for me! Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to all involved, the customer service was excellent, a great experience all round.
