What can I say about this JCT600 Leeds team? I have just had my car serviced and an MOT. Right from booking my service with Steve to Richard (who sold me the car and remembered my name after 18mths) to Amanda on reception, and finally Mathew who dealt with my service, I think this is an amazing team. As a woman alone I felt at ease and confident in the service I received. Before I visited VW I knew I wanted a Passat and also what extras I wanted. On 2/4/2016 I visited VW Newark and gave my spec to Ryan Lount who recommended the car I eventually bought. He advised the satellite navigation unit was not in due to a history of theft but went on to explain the features. Which at that point to be honest I thought he was going a bit over board but when he took me on the test drive it was everything I'd wanted so I bought the car on the spot. On 15/4/2016 I picked the car up as arranged and Ryan went through the satellite navigation unit which had been installed and the car just moved to another level. However since then I've discovered other features such as voice control, DVD player, etc. Other staff were friendly, approachable & helpful. After sales service has been great enough to let you know they are there if needed, but not overboard. In short the service from all the team, the sales advice & my new Passat have all exceeded expectation. My main worry was using finance as normally I pay outright but I was put at ease and this was explained in detail by the finance manager Les Wood and I've received the letter from the finance company with my payment schedule just as he said I would. To summarise the whole experience was a pleasure - Thank you JCT600 Newark!!!!

I recently bought a used car for the second time from the JCT600 family. First from Price Right Rawdon who's service was excellent, and this time from Vauxhall Bradford. I was greeted by a young man called James (surname escapes me), who was courteous, well mannered, friendly and most of all knowledgeable even though it was very new to the business. I probably made the sale a little easy for him as pretty much knew what I wanted, but that didn't stop him working for it and trying to go the extra mile. I appreciate he's a salesman and its his job, but lets be honest, they don't get a good rap! As someone who has worked and excelled in customer service for 18 years, I know what good service is and should look like and it was there in abundance and clear to see and experience. If you want a car, use these guys, James in particular. Perhaps youthful exuberance, who knows, but a credit to the company!!!

I have recently bought an approved used car via your Chesterfield Mercedes showroom. Previously to this I have driven company cars and as I retire later this month it was necessary to purchase a vehicle.

I visited to be met by you sales executive Jamie Cundy and he showed me around the used cars. I identified a B-Class 200 as the car for me. Jamie arranged a test drive for me and my daughter accompanying us the following day. I found Jamie to be very professional, friendly and approachable ensuring I understood everything about the car and the services provided by JCT600. 

I agreed to purchase the car as previously stated this is the first car purchase I have made for 30 years always enjoying the benefits of company car usage. Unbeknownst to me My daughter purchased a personal number plate for me and she contacted Jamie to arrange to have it fitted etc, again Jamie could not have been more helpful. He contacted Katie at least 3 times ensuring all her requirements were met.

On the big day for collection 20th April I was completely overcome by my present from my daughter and again Jamie handled the situation professionally and in an understanding manner.
