I purchased my Motability Car from Chris Walker at Audi Doncaster. I was Chris's first Motability customer, his customer service skills were first class, from my first arrival at the showroom to look at and decide upon which car I wanted, through to ordering it and taking delivery. He kept me fully informed of the progress and let me know the registration three weeks before getting the car. The car was absolutely prestige and Chris talked me through the vehicle in depth and made sure I knew exactly what everything was. I will not hesitate in telling all of my friends and family to go and buy their cars from this showroom. I for one would not get my next car from anywhere else and will definitely make sure I deal with Chris again. He is an absolute credit to JCT600.

I recently purchased a new Volkswagen golf from the JCT600 Wakefield dealership. This is not the first car that I’ve purchased from this garage, and on both occasions the customer experience has been superb. In both instances I have been able to use the same sales executive. When walking into the showroom we were recognised immediately by Glen who actually remembered our names, two and a half years after our last visit to the showroom. Glenn puts the customer at ease and is not pushy but in fact very patient. He makes you feel that your business is important to the company. At all times everyone in the showroom, from reception staff to Sales Managers are polite and friendly, which is not always the case in some rival dealerships. It is good to see such excellent customer care. My husband had a similar pleasant experience when purchasing a Porsche from JCT 600 in Leeds last October. It is good to note that the same high standards apply whichever JCT 600 dealership you visit. Thank you Glenn and thank you JCT600.

I have never purchased a brand new car before and was looking for a second hand Audi; I went into my local dealership which is Hull Audi to take a look. Just picked up our brand new Volkswagen High Up in Honey yellow and we are so thrilled with the car, the whole buying experience and Josh, the salesman was so helpful.
