I purchased my Mocca from the above dealership and continue to have my car serviced there.  From start to finish I have not been able to fault any of the staff and their friendliness, they get a 10 out of 10 for professionalism, service and all with a sense of humor. He was really approachable and friendly and extremely knowledgeable on my car choice and was available to answer all my questions without coming across as pressurising for a sale and just focused on removing road blocks and making the sale as hassle free as possible (including coming in on his day off to hand over the car). The showroom itself has the feel and personalisation of an independent dealership but didn’t lack in professionalism. Tom is an extremely capable salesman and I have no doubts that he will have lost his ‘trainee’ status by the time I am looking for my new car however for this time it was reassuring that all formal transactions were supervised by his manager and he had the full support of his extended team to make sure that all my requirements were met.

I went to PriceRight Rawdon and talked to a Mr John Battson to see if he could find me a Suzuki Jimny SZ4 automatic. He went online and found one in York, which had one previous owner only 19,200 miles with full service history, top speC. It was collected and brought to Rawdon. It also had the private plates and log book via DVLA sorted and road fund licence. All excellent service and the vehicle was in pristine condition!
