Very good experience. Lupton was excellent, he listened to me about what car I was looking for and found me the perfect car. Unfortunately there wasn't one available, however he kept me informed and updated on my car and delivery date every few days. When I collected my car everything was ready and Lupton went through everything about the car with me. In short a very positive, smooth, purchase and collection of my new car.

I am the driver of a Motability car (for my disabled son). We currently have a Citroen Grand Picasso and we wanted to see what seven seater cars were available as our main priority is getting a vehicle big enough to take his power wheelchair. The Motability expert - Judy Anderson has proved to be the most informed, pleasant and helpful person we have ever experienced in over 15 years of driving Motability cars despite having only been at the VW dealership a week. What she didn't know she found out immediately and fully explained the option of having a hoist fitted to take the wheelchair, which we knew nothing about having never having this option explained to us before. The result is that we looked no further - we have placed an order for the VW Sharan with a 4 way hoist fitted. I have never received such impressive service before and would not hesitate to recommend Judy to any of your Motability customers for her very friendly and completely efficient service.

I would just like say I'm pretty impressed with Grimsby Audi and especially David Smith our salesman from start to finish. Upon our first visit to initially browse the A5 range he was very efficient in arranging a test drive and answering our questions. We sat down to discuss the deal and came away that evening later than his normal finish time might I add with some figures to peruse at home. After doing some research online and asking for some like for like quotes through other dealers in the UK we then had some much better financial deals available to us. I spoke to David and said that if Grimsby Audi wanted my business they would have to look at doing a much better deal for me which to be honest they did a cracking deal they quite surprised us. I went into pick my car up on the 29th July and after a few queries for which David and his team sorted efficiently we were shown to our new car unveiled by my two sons who pulled off the velvet cloth which they thought was great! David went onto explain in detail all the features of our new car. We drove away thrilled with our experience and our car! Well done David and all people involved in our deal from start to finish keep up the good work we would definitely recommend you guys!
