Our sales exec Ashley, was very helpful and considerate. I didn't feel pressured in any way, if I had, I would not have bought the car. I wish all salesmen were like him, as some are very annoying. Also I received some lovely flowers, which were a very nice touch. Will definitely deal with JCT600 again. Thank you.

Chris Sugden contacted me over the phone part way through my finance agreement to talk me through some offers. This coincided with me thinking about a change of car anyway so I came into the showroom. Chris was very helpful. I like to understand as much as I can about the technology and safety of my vehicle and he explained it to me in a way I could understand without overwhelming me. He gave me time to think over the terms of the deal and I felt motivated to buy the car without feeling overly pressurised. He was very helpful on the test drive (which us girls get nervous about!) and explained some of the key features of the car to me, again in a manner I could understand and decide upon. My experienced was enhanced by Ash, who made the finance side of things easy and smooth. Buying a car as a woman on your own is quite daunting, with a natural tendency to feel like you may be being conned however Chris and Ash eliminated this as much as I think they could and I'm really looking forward to collecting my vehicle and would send friends and family to the dealer.
