Couldn't ask for a better sales person than Joe Robinson when I went to JCT600 Vauxhall in Bradford looking for a new Astra. He listened to all my requirements and showed me the Astra that was perfect for me. I've had the car a week now, love it!!! Since picking up the car Joe has been in touch twice to make sure that everything's ok and that I'm liking the car. Can't praise the staff enough who I dealt with and would certainly recommend JCT600 at Bradford. I will certainly return there myself when changing my car again in the future.

Great service ,Sales Executive Calum Hogg was excellent and organised everything ,test drive, sale and handover very nicely. I have to say that the salesman,Gary, made the whole experience of buying an approved used car a pleasure. Nothing seemed too much trouble , including a good test drive. In my experience there are three types of car salesmen, the one who descends upon you immediate you step through the salesroom door, the one that leaves you to browse and eventually approaches you to offer assistance and the one that makes no approach. I prefer the second; I find the first to be oppressive and the third to be indifferent. I found my preference in David Stevenson at Doncaster. He left my wife and myself to look around the vehicles on display before offering his assistance. We found him to be extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. He did not pressurise us into buying a vehicle but gave us guidance in reaching a decision. Without his help, friendly manner and the trust he generated I doubt that we would have purchase a vehicle that day. Having signed on the dotted line Mr Stevenson took the trouble to telephone reminding me to change the insurance certificate and two days after collection to confirm that he was at the end of the telephone should we require assistance. We have never received such efficient service.

Overall a very positive experience. This is the third car I have purchased from JCT600 Mazda, and the service I have received has been consistent over the past few years. The purchase procedure is less complicated but thorough and all aspects are covered in detail. I have dealt with the same salesman (Tim Milner) throughout, and I'm happy to say I feel very confident in dealing with him. There is a face at the end of the phone if I have any queries, and I feel I am a valued customer at Mazda.

Everything was explained in clear, understandable language. We were referred to this JCT600 branch, and this salesman, James Courtney,by a friend and were pleased with the whole experience, thanks to his attitude and frankness. Everyone we had contact with were friendly and positive, but with no undue pressure. The inevitable finance paperwork was kept as simple as possible. The car was available on time. We had specific help from 'Chris' who guided through the process for maintaining our us of our cherished number plate. We are expecting a call to go back to JCT Wakefield to have a boot protector fitted, as this was not available when we collected the vehicle.
