Both me and my sister have had a great experience with Vauxhall Bradford, within the last month, we have both purchased a new car. The sales representative, Charlie Hopkins was absolutely fantastic, you couldn't ask for a better sales rep. He didn't pressure me or my sister into anything we didn't want and took into account everything we did. I had previously had a really bad experience with another car company and was very upset with the deal I had and both Charlie Hopkins and Peter helped me to overcome my situation and managed to get me a brilliant deal. I would recommend Charlie Hopkins to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car. I am very grateful I had the opportunity to deal with him and I can speak for both myself and my sister when stating I am very satisfied.

From my first visit back in November to picking up my new car last week (14/02/14) the service I was given by Karen Dove was first class. Karen looked after me all the way through, keeping me up to date by phone, taking me on my test drive, which I was nervous about, went like a dream. Excellent experience. Dealt with Dan Longman throughout. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything in detail without being at all "pushy". My wife found the car on JCT600 website and left contact details. Next day Jenna rang me and emailed me detailed photos of the car, even pointing out the small scratch. I drove up from Newbury to view the car, everything was exactly as I had been told. Jenna explained everything to me, she was fantastic. Two weeks later, my wife and I travelled up to Bradford (4 trains) to collect our car. We were made to feel extremely welcome. From start to finish I was given good customer service. We are already recommending JCT600 as the place to look for a new or used car.

Having trawled the Internet for many months looking for a suitable,used replacement for my 2009 Audi A6 I discovered one 150 miles away in Boston. The salesman I spoke to was Carl Lodge who could not have been more helpful and promised to ring me back with a price for my trade-in Audi. This he did, the price was very fair and I felt happy to travel the distance up to Boston knowing that, subject to viewing, the deal would go ahead. Carl took a lot of trouble in displaying the car to me and also explained all the differences between the model I was buying and the one I was selling.I had had a number of previous experiences with various Audi salesmen throughout the country who failed to return my calls when I enquired about a car. They should take note, courtesy and showing an interest in your customer does pay off, as Carl successfully demonstrated. My whole selling and buying experience was a happy one and I would feel confident in recommending Boston Audi and its sales staff.

Absolutely spot on service. From the day we enquired to the day we bought the car and drove away, the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. No fuss, no hassle - so laid back it was untrue.
