Just completed the purchase of my Volvo C30 from the Rawdon dealership in Leeds. The car is perfect, fantastic deal and really friendly and helpful team. Would highly recommend JCT600 and specifically this branch. I will be recommending and will return for my next car. Keep it up and don't change the service. Great coffee and refreshments by the way. Something of a rarity in a dealership these days.

I recently visited your Peugeot van dealership at Sticker Lane, Bradford. I was greeted by Jayne McFazden who was extremely helpful and it was very refreshing to find somone with such good product knowledge and genuine interest in the customer's needs. She followed up my enquiry and gave me all the information required without being pushy. We did have an issue however with availability of a vehicle and also the old vehicle trade in value both obviously out of Jayne's control. We have ended up replacing our van with a Citreon, this was due to availability, loyalty to the sales person and also some spec issues however I would certainly return to see Jayne in the future as her professional approach and genuine interest in the job would make JCT600 a certain port of call.

I live 40 miles from Boston Audi, however they have always provided a very high standard of service and customer care. 2+ weeks ago I was in a Jam so rang Dee at Boston who gave me good advice, took my A6 in for repair the next day and arranged a high spec loan vehicle. Chris Bray and team fixed 95% of the problem + other service requirements in 24 hours and I was very impressed with the fast, professional service. They get 12 out of 10.

I had been round a few dealersships before I came to Priceright Rawdon. The sales assistant who is called Alex Wharton was pleasant and polite and extremely helpful. I know this sound as though this is how you would expect a sales person to be but like I said, I had visited a few before and I found their sales people far from this. Alex was great and not only sorted out the best financial deal he took time to ring and follow up and check every thing was ok, regarding the deal. I was looking to buy a car any way but he made the experience enjoyable and comfortable, with out feeling under pressure to buy. Through this experience not only would I buy more cars from you but also would recommend to friends and family. What a great sales person you have!, P.s I would not normally fill something like this in, so that's how much I thought of salesman.

A week ago I left a complaint on this site about my experience with BMW service and I have to say I am impressed with the speed at which both the JCT600 head office and the Gordon the dealer principle dealt with the issue. Both Gordon and Simon went out of their way to recover my lost faith in the JCT600 experience and make me feel valued as customer, no one gets things right all the time but the true mark of good customer service is how you put things right when they fall down. Head office should say well done to Gordon & Simon because they were so good that I didn’t take my custom elsewhere and have placed an order for a new 3 series convertible. I hope other customers will find this feedback useful.

I am very happy with the price given me for my part exchange and came away with exactly what I was looking for plus a few extras. Alex Wharton was the sales man we dealt with. He has been courteous, pleasant, polite and professional. He arranged the appointments, the test drive (he even squashed into the back of the TT we bought whilst we drove - not a pleasant experience for him). Everything was done efficiently and very fairly. I have just bought yet another car from JCT600. This time I saw a nice B class Mercedes-Benz, asked about the car and details of a part exchange on my current car. Right from the moment of the first contact with the team at your PriceRight dealership at Rawdon in Leeds it has been a fantastic experience. I was initially concerned the car was slightly underpowered so I asked Gareth the General Manager if I could take the car for an extended test drive to really get the feel for the car. There was no problems and I really did feel like a valued customer. Well Done Gareth, this little bit of customer care guaranteed the sale. I felt I had become a friend of the guys rather than just a customer, which is an incredible experience when you are spending a lot of hard earned cash on a car. All in all in this hard economic climate when businesses could be awkward and pushy I did not feel under any real pressure, although they did try hard, very hard to up sell products. Fantastic service, great product. Very proffesional attitude. Every detail was taken care of and it was all Oh so easy. I am an extremely satisfied customer. I will continue to use JCT600 for all my servicing needs and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anybody. Well done guys, especially Gareth and Joe. Thank you very much.
