I have recently purchased a brand new VW Tiguan from JCT600 Wakefield. This is the second time I have used this dealership and the same sales person, Mr James Courtney. I was impressed with the way he dealt with me and my wife on the first occasion and this led us to seek him out to obtain our second vehicle. On the latter purchase there was a problem with the delivery date in that when we turned up to collect our vehicle we could not pick it up. We were naturally very upset. Through no fault of your company James sorted the problem out quickly and a few days later we collected our new car. He was a model of excellence and is a credit to your company. I visited Sheffield VW initially to get a brochure on new VW models and have a look at the used car selection. I spoke with sales executive Andy Abbott and he helped me from start to finish with the purchase of my 'new' used VW Passat. I was having a big issue that Vauxhall UK would not help with. They had washed their hands of me and did not want to know. Thats when Dillon White at JCT600 Vauxhall Bradford stepped in. He is without doubt the most customer centric person I have ever dealt with in the motor industry and is an absolute credit to your organisation. He has restored my faith in customer service (and I am a Customer Experience Consultant in my day job!) and is a shining example of someone who just does the right thing even when there is nothing in it for him. He needs to be recognised for his straight talking and honest approach - and I hope that JCT600 recognise the great work he does for your brand.

We bought a VW Golf estate from Volkswagen Sheffield in February 2013. The Sales Executive was Tracey Hill. We found her very pleasant and efficient to deal with and are very happy with the car, which was very well-valeted/prepared. There was a minor glitch when it emerged that the car (a nearly new ex VWUK vehicle) didn't have the DAB radio which we had all expected and it took Tracey a while to negotiate a satisfactory solution through the Gilders/JCT600/VWUK bureaucracies, but she persisted and got there in the end. We would be very happy to deal with her again.

I had my S class serviced and MOT'd on 7th March. As ususal I received an e-mail asking me to fill in a questionaire with a 'click-through' link to the questionaire. Unfortunately the link does not work on my machine so I have to report my experience here. I was received in the usual friendly manner, the service was carried out as and when agreed and I was given a lift into town. On my return the car had been cleaned and located near to the door for my departure. I always find my experience at Mercedes of Chesterfield pleasant and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends. (I have been using this dealership for over twenty years and will continue to do so).

I was looking for a Mini, but was unsure of exactly which car would be right for us. I saw a MINI at Priceright JCT600 in Rawdon, I rang and spoke to one of the salesmen John, who was really helpful and not pushy at all, so I decided to go in and have a look at the car he had. Although the car was lovely, and I was happy with the aftercare aspect buying from them afforded me, it was not the colour and design I had set my heart on. Again there was no pressure, John introduced us to Barry who opened up a set of options we never thought would be available to us, meaning they could source the car we really wanted. They took our details and were happy for us to go home that afternoon and think about our options, whilst they did some investigative work on our behalf. At 11am next morning John rang me to say they had found us a car at another dealership and if he went to collect it, would we like to come view it at 1pm. When we got there we couldn't believe it, it was higher spec than we thought we could afford or get insurance on. But the finance they had put in place and the insurance were well within our budget to say the least. They had obviously put a lot of hard work in sorting all this out for us, they also gave us a fair price trade in on our old VW Golf, and a reduced price GardX treatment for our new car! :D I had had an unpleasant experience with a garage in Warrington on auto trader a couple of days earlier, whom took a deposit from me just for me to look at a car, then refused to refund me when I didn't want the car, so I was nervous dealing with any garage to be honest. I NEED NOT HAVE BEEN WITH JCT600 PRICERIGHT - they were fabulous from start to finish, and we LOVE our new MINI. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you again to all the team at Rawdon. You will definately be seeing us again, when we need another car.

I purchased a VW Passat last week... KS12KWK and I wanted to point out to someone in this day and age when good service was provided. I had a specific requirement for a car due to either buying a car privately or having a company car. I live in Cheshire and gave the same requirements to dealerships in Crewe, Stoke, Milton Keynes and Leeds... all with tepid replies. I called Bradford randomly and talked to Phil Goult. He found the car ironically in Milton Keynes and I bought the car effortlessy without seeing it 10 hours later. After leaving my beloved Audi TT with JCT600 Peugeot, Sticker Lane, Bradford for an MOT, which was quick and easy, I noticed some minor paint damage to my car when I got home which was most likely caused whilst at the garage. However, we all make mistakes but how you deal with them is what makes someone stand out. I was dealt with promptly, with no quibbles, the service was courteous and very professional. They did all the work for me, on the house, and I had my car back within 5 days, even a courtesy car was arranged. I was thrilled that they were taking it so seriously and the work was of a very high standard. I have had BMWs (not JCT600) and Audis in the past and have paid hundreds of pounds for services and work and found them to be pretty rude and unhelpful. I will definitely be using JCT600 for service work again. The Peugeot team are a credit to the company - especially the service manager Mary - and really live up to their reputation in testing times.
