I have recently purchased a new VW Golf from JCT600 at Wakefield. I would like to thank reception staff for their friendly welcome and also sales personnel staff especially Jonny who I dealt with, he was most helpful polite and able to answer all my questions. We ordered a second hand Mazda CX5 from JCT600 Bradford in April 2014. Everyone we dealt with from the receptionist to the sales staff were friendly and helpful to me and my wife, both at the time and later when I rang with further questions. I would be happy to recommend this dealership to anyone I know - it's just a pity that they are over 200 miles from where I live.

Visited Wakefield VW dealership a few months back. Superb service from Glen Saxton throughout. His customer service and honesty was outstanding throughout, second to none! He promised me months ago that he would get me 'the' car I was after (many other dealerships gave up after a month or so & kept trying to persuade me to compromise on the spec I wanted) Glenn persevered for months and kept in touch/me informed! My wife and I would like to say how impressed we were with Nick, one of the salesmen, at Hull JCT. He sold us a brand new 3008, which we had no intention of buying. He spent time with us, wasn't pushy, and was very pleasant and professional. We also met the Manager, Neil,(new to us), who was also helpful, and made us feel very welcome, with no pressure applied. We have dealt with JCT Hull for a few years now, and have always found the Service staff very good, and helpful. Customer service from Corin Ovendale was 1st class. When we collected our car it was late in the day, past 7pm but he was willing to show us all the criteria of our new car and wasn't in any rush for us to depart spending time to make sure we were thoroughly happy with our purchase as we have changed from a manual to an automatic, he also gave us a complimentary hold all with polishes etc in it and we were so pleased of the years free tax that he had organised for us. We will definitely recommend him to other family members and friends and my wife wrote a letter to him personally thanking him for his excellent customer service.

Having spent some time checking out what I did and didn't want I arrived at the Priory Park West site with info to hand. As a female buying a car on her own it's like dicing with death financially as it's always been a man thing ! I had already spent some time at another dealership on the same site (EH group), not a good experience.
