Our experience at JCT600 in Sheffield was fantastic. I had been looking for a reef blue beetle for sometime and with the help of the sales manager - Karen she found me one . Karen was fantastic to deal with on the phone showing real interest and really understood what I was trying to do, which was to surprise my wife with her lifelong dream of a new beetle in reef blue. The way she helped me keep it a secret and with a great touch on our pick up day being part of the surprise for my wife will take some time to get over. Having arrived at your showroom to collect my new car on 19/09/13, I was disappointed to learn that the vehicle was not delivered with the specification as I had requested at point of order. I was buying a second hand Mazda 2 from JCT600 in Bradford; I was 150 miles away in Huntingdon and had not seen the car in the flesh. This is the first time I have bought a car of this class, and from the moment I first tentatively stepped in the show room - to the day I drove away my beautiful A5 Cabriolet - the service we received was brilliant. Excellent service from Kirk Pallinson. He spent lots of time finding the best deal for me. When test driving he took me on a route which allowed me to experience the car in urban areas, and the motorway. I received a fair trade in price for my car, without having to haggle. I felt under no pressure whatsoever to buy. This was great as high pressure salesmen make me walk away. When picking my car up Kirk took the time to show and explain all the controls to me, and kindly set my phone to connect to the cars Bluetooth. I brought an Audi q3 in September 2012, I then received a call in august 2013 to talk about renewing my vehicle, I made an appointment to meet with Nathan, I was not looking to buy another car for about another year but thought I would see what was on offer. I currently travel 30,000 business miles a year so my car is important to me and Audi has always provided me with a car that is fit for my purpose. My intention was to probably upgrade to a new Q3. On arrival I was talked through my options, I test drove an A5 which I found very comfortable, I had always liked the Audi TT but never dreamed for one minute I could afford one, Nathan was extremely helpful and listened to what I wanted from a car, I was about to purchase the A5 when the desire for the TT arose, I asked Nathan to work out the finance and to my delight the figures worked out well, now not only do I own a TT the dealership had the S Line Quattro Black Edition S-tronic in stock on site, when I was taken to see the car my mind was made up, this was the car I had always wanted. I collected my new car a week later and haven't stopped driving it since, still can't believe it is mine. I want to thank Nathan for making this happen and for listening to what I really wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Nathan to any of my friends as the whole experience was about what I wanted and what was right for me, at no point did I feel any obligation to purchase a new car, they made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I look forward to renewing my car again with Audi in approx 18 mths. That's if I can tear myself away from my dream car.
