Acquisition of my new car was handled initially through an intermediary but Sharon Haines at Audi Grimsby got me through the entire process. She was very professional and helpful. My family and I are satisfied with the car.

Fantastic service from everyone who we dealt with at Sheffield Audi. A special mention to Michael who we bought the car off; he was both professional and polite without being too pushy(unlike some other dealers we have dealt with in the past). I have visited VW Hull, Audi Hull (twice) and Audi Grimsby. I looked at the cars for a considerable period of time at each of these dealers and was not approached or acknowledged at any of them - this may well be company policy. But, this does not give a good initial impression. Luke Baxter was very helpful in identifying and locating a suitable car and explained the cars very well before and during test drive. He explained the packages on offer and at Audi Grimsby nobody was too pushy trying to up-sell additional products, (a refreshing change). I originally saw the car via the Audi approved website link and so my first experience of the dealership was over the phone. I found Jessica helpful, refreshingly not pushy and very straightforward; I think that was one of the things that swung it for me. I had had a test drive and seen another nearly new car at a dealership much closer to my home but I felt that their representative was playing games. The service I got from Doncaster was good, I think the deal I got was fair and the car is fantastic.

In February we asked Sheffield Audi to find us an Audi Q3 SE model as we had specific requirements regarding comfort. We needed to have a trial run not even a trial drive. We visited the showroom and they said they would contact us but this was not forthcoming. We both telephoned to arrange but there was no contact. There was great difficulty finding an SE anywhere. Eventually in August we tracked one down on the day we were going to Grimsby to look at one. However, contacting Sheffield we tracked one down. We were dealt with efficiently and Lara was a delight to deal with. We took delivery in mid-September.

I popped into the dealership a year ago and Akeel Ahmed looked after me. He was extremely polite, professional and courteous at all times and offered me some great deals. I am a first time customer, and I would say the experience within the dealership was good, but, leading up to it was a little trickier. I requested brochures via the website twice which never arrived. I had spoken to the dealership about a specific car in a specific colour; yet didn't get a call when a car came in. That said once I went into the dealership the service I received was good and I was happy with the deal. I would buy an Audi again, from JCT600 Lincoln, although I would expect an increment in the effort to sell next time.

My first visit to JCT600 VW Wakefield was to the porter cabins in the car park. But when I took delivery of my new Passat it was from the new bright, airy and refurbished showroom. I was well looked after by a young cheerful salesman Jonny and his Manager Coordinator Mark. Both these guys were down to earth and couldn't do enough to help me with my purchase. My only disappointment was that I was unable to add/upgrade my purchase the following day as my order had gone through. Apart from this I would recommend these guys and this JCT600 branch.
