I've just purchased a Golf from JCT600 and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Judy Anderson provided a first class service with a smile. I didn't feel under any pressure and ended up buying the perfect car at the right price. I would recommend JCT600 at Hull and in particular Judy, although I have to say that all the staff that spoke to me and helped me during the week leading up to picking up my car were friendly and approachable.

After visiting several websites / dealerships and being disillusioned with hard sell and pressure sales techniques, I called into JCT600 SEAT Menston on recommendation. I was immediately impressed by the showroom and felt at ease as and when I was introduced to Jim Hart who was my sales executive throughout. As an unaccompanied 60+ lady, I had previously felt uncomfortable and vulnerable. Not here though, Jim listened to my preferences, concerns and what I actually needed. We went through a several options and a test drive. I took my son with me on the second visit, he also had a test drive and Jim explained everything again, including finance options. My choice was the SEAT LEON we had test driven. I decided on a few optional extras and collected my car the following week (delayed due to my shift patterns).  Jim kept in regular contact with me by phone and email. I enjoyed the whole seamless 'buying a car experience' at JCT600 SEAT Menston. I love my car and have already recommended them. My son has said he will definitely use them when he changes his car.
