Went in on Saturday to look for a car the place was very busy was told to take a seat and some one would come and see me. Mark arranged two test drives for us with Matt. It was all very good from start to finish. I will definitely use Mark and Matt again. Thank you all, everyone at the garage was very helpful.

Between my fiancée and I, we've dealt with JCT600 for several years now. We both agree the customer service is second to none, so it's no surprise that when I was considering trading in my fiesta (bought through JCT600) I was in no doubt I would be in touch with them again. The only difference this time is the dealer itself wasn't Mazda Bradford, but Vauxhall Bradford, since they had my preferred car - Astra 2.0 Diesel 165 Eco. It may have been a different salesman, but the top notch customer service was still there. What I like most about JCT600 is they don't pressure you and certainly don't try and sell you a car that you don't want... like other dealerships. Just like on every occasion, this latest salesman listened to what I wanted, took me seriously and met my budget. He even managed to get me some of the extras within the cost, plus managed a super quick turnaround of just 2 days! Thanks again JCT600, I'm sure I'll be back.
