Our Mazda was booked in for annual service and MOT. I had completed the booking on line, confirmed by a call from the service team the day before. I thought that I had arranged a courtesy car but this was not so, probably my technical IT skills! None were available which meant either a long wait or a long taxi journey home. However Zoe consulted with a senior member of the team and a demonstrator was made available (which turned out to be a very attractive new Peugeot model). The service was carried out as efficiently as normal, my car needed new discs and pads, not unexpected and the courtesy car allowed us to make full use of the time available. Top service and customer treatment as always and Zoe was helpful, professional and efficient.

My husband and I visited this garage over the weekend. We had travelled out of our area to view a car we were interested in buying. First impressions of the garage were how immaculate the sales/showroom were and we were greeted instantly and offered a choice of beverage which was greatly appreciated on such a cold day! All the staff made us feel both welcome and valued as potential buyers, in particular Charlie Hopkins and Scott who could not have been more helpful. The car was brought to us and we were both given the opportunity to test drive the car individually and all our questions were answered efficiently. Unfortunately the car was not for us which was a shame. We really did want to buy from this garage as we felt the service we received was second to none. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend PriceRight enough. Aaron helped us to buy a new family car, he was honest, upfront, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The purchase was very easy. The price of the new vehicle was very fair, I didn't think there was any need to haggle, we also got a very good part-ex deal on our old car. Aaron gave me plenty of time to come to my own conclusion and a decision to buy. Once I had decided to purchase the vehicle, he didn't try to up sell me any unnecessary products. He talked me through some very sensible added extras, but there was no hard sell, however the products were well chosen and very applicable to vehicle we purchased so we took them. Next time I need a car, I'm just going to see Aaron, no point in going anywhere else, you won't get better service. Thanks Aaron!

We arrived at the dealership to look at a car and were met by a welcoming receptionist. Our Sales Executive Rebecca was equally welcoming. The atmosphere within the dealership was very friendly with each exec helpful if necessary. I hate buying a new car because of all the messing about. On THIS occasion it was a pleasure. Rebecca made it a pleasure. She was not pushy, explained everything in detail and took us for a test run. Throughout, she was very professional and is obviously an asset to your group. We had already bought 2 previous cars from Bradford. Our previous Astra was written off in a non-fault accident. A call was placed to Darren on Sunday, and within a couple of days a car suitable for us was found. Peter took care of the admin/finance side and was so easy. After many years of driving a Company car I was not really sure what I wanted although I was convinced I wanted a diesel car, the only other stipulation was I needed a car with easy access due to a back problem. I currently have a MINI Clubman and was waiting for the new 5 door to come into production. I purchased my current vehicle from Sandal in Huddersfield but initially went to JCT600 MINI because of an alarm fault and they could get me in sooner than Sandal to get it looked at. JCT600 gave great service so I decided to go back when looking for the new 5 door. Met by a smiling Simon Haddow, I sat down and started to chat about what I wanted and what I needed and that very same day I had put down a deposit on a new 5 Door SD. That was ordered in Nov 2014 and delivery is on 14th February 2015. Simon has sent me a great video of the car so I know what I have to look forward to next week. I would have liked a bit more info on the build as it was progressing, but I suppose the sales staff are busy and have much to do. So if you're looking for a new motor at JCT600 Bradford pop along and just look for the tall chap with the big smile and just say you must be Simon. An all round sound guy and friendly to boot..Cheers Buddy.

Saw a car on Autotrader I was interested in so I thought I'd go for a look. Within a short time I was asked by Wayne if he could help me and after a quick discussion/laugh about falling over on the ice he went to fetch the key. He very clearly explained that we couldn't take the car test drive as it had only just arrived in stock - although it looked as ready as some 'prepared' cars I'd seen at other dealerships. Sat down with him to talk about the car (looked great to me). I was offered the right price for my part exchange without any haggling or messing so we did a deal there and then. What a change from our recent dealings with another major chain! The whole experience was straight forward from start to finish - and fast. Saw the car on Saturday, drove it on Sunday, picked it up on Monday afternoon - serviced, fresh MOT, valeted and a couple of scuffs buffed out. And this for one of the cheapest cars they had on sale. 10/10 for everything :)
