I received fantastic service from my first visit through to sorting out a couple of issues after I had picked up my new Mini. Simon, the sales guy who I dealt with, was fab. He answered all my questions, demonstrated the vehicle extremely well and ensured that I purchased the correct model for me, even though he could have pushed and quite easily persuaded me to buy a more expensive model. Consequently, I feel I have received the best service and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new car. There was a small issue with the road tax but one phone call to Amy, Simon was on a day off, and it was all sorted - once again fantastic service. Thanks to everyone at JCT600 Bradford - I am sure I will be back.

I didn't intend to buy a car just yet having only bought the car I had in February of 2013 but I received a call from the dealership I had bought my car from. I thought it was just a call to tell me my service was due on 16th October but when I got there they said what if we can get you into a newer car for similar payments or less would I be interested so I said okay you can check so they did and I managed to get into a new car for £10.17 more than I was paying for my 11 plate car that I had. I was very please with the help and service I received they were excellent all the way through the process and allowed me to pick up the car when I wanted. Overall I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 and will certainly go back again if I decide to upgrade my car again but I am now 57 years of age and may keep this now till my licence expiry date or depending on my driving ability.
