Everything was explained in clear, understandable language. We were referred to this JCT600 branch, and this salesman, James Courtney,by a friend and were pleased with the whole experience, thanks to his attitude and frankness. Everyone we had contact with were friendly and positive, but with no undue pressure. The inevitable finance paperwork was kept as simple as possible. The car was available on time. We had specific help from 'Chris' who guided through the process for maintaining our us of our cherished number plate. We are expecting a call to go back to JCT Wakefield to have a boot protector fitted, as this was not available when we collected the vehicle.

Having been to two other garages previously by the time we got to JCT600 we were rather deflated and disheartened about finding a car.(This was our first time buying a car and didn't have a big monthly budget to spend) Even more so when the car we wanted to enquire about had been sold! We were greeted by a very friendly Patrick who took details of what we wanted, we asked about the payments on a New Mokka and a used Juke that was on the forecourt. He was very honest regarding the Mokka as i advised of what our budget was and instead of trying to sell us a car we couldn't afford he went straight to the Juke. With no hesitation he told us what we would be looking at paying a month which, was the most important factor for us. We took the car for a test drive and loved it! Patrick told us about the car but didn't try to "sell" the car as we had previously. He just told us the facts - Plain and simple. Patrick remained positive,upbeat,friendly and helpful throughout our time at JCT600. We bought the car on the day and on of the main reasons is because of Patrick. He listened to what we wanted and most importantly could afford. He talked about his experiences in life and at work and was just so open and honest. He explained the procedure of buying a car on finance and about the extras without patronizing us. We also felt that if in the future we have any problems he would be there to help. Patrick is a real credit to JCT600 and a fantastic "none sales" person and it was a pleasure to have him sell us a car. Thank you Patrick.

I guess travelling 2 hours to see a car, Carl Lodge could have guessed we were serious about buying a car but he was brilliant. I visited JCT600 with a view to looking at a Golf as our daughter had previously purchased a second hand VW Fox. I was impressed with how solid this was compared to her other car(Ford Ka). The salesman Matthew was most polite and I liked his attitude as he was at not at all 'pushy'. I was not aware of how economic the Golf was with petrol until we spoke to Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and patient and I did not intend buying a new car but somehow I did! Matthew kept me up to date with when it was being built etc. and I am really pleased with the new purchase. Matthew even set up my mobile phone on it! He has rung me today to ask me how I was getting on and I know that I can contact him about anything regarding the car without making me feel like an incompetent female! .Thank you Matthew and JCT600.

Having initially gone to JCT600 to look for a used Volkswagen Golf I ended up ordering a new vehicle. I was dealt with by Marc who was very efficient throughout the buying process. Had to wait while the car was built but was kept informed on progress as promised, the car actually arrived from the manufacturer 2 months earlier than promised. It was a nice touch to arrive to collect the car and find it under cover in the showroom ready to be unveiled. All in all it was the easiest process I've experienced of buying a car, most of the credit must go to Marc for that. P.S. They serve really good coffee in the showroom as well!

I recently collected my E 250 Cdi Coupe from Mercedes Benz of Sheffield. The car is perfect for us, it was well presented. We have even had a telephone call from James just to see how we were getting along with the car. The whole experience ...(apart from having to part with money!).....was excellent.The coffee and muffins were a bonus. Thank you. The only niggle was that the tyre pressures were not correctly set, having gone through the preparation for us to collect the car. (1 tyre was at 22psi instead of 35psi).
