We bought our car on Saturday 1-11-2014, the young salesman was excellent from start to handover on the Tuesday, Sam Collins was his name and would recommend any visiting SEAT in Hillsborough should ask for Sam . Also thanks to Helen. Very pleased, would definitely go back.

This is the second new Audi that I have purchased from Boston Audi this year. I was so impressed by the customer experience from the initial purchase that it was my first port of call for my second vehicle, an S3 Saloon, which on both occasions were handled brilliantly by Jayne Cooke. Despite having to wait quite a long time for the factory order build for the S3 Saloon, I was regularly updated on progress throughout which helped me keep patient and it was certainly worth the wait in the end when the vehicle was handed over. Top marks to Jayne (as before) for providing a very friendly, professional and hassle free experience, resulting in an extremely satisfied customer.

Absolutely wonderful!! I went to Christian with a unclear idea as to what I really wanted. I was offered test drives in different cars until my mind was blown away by an A Class AMG. I gave Grimsby Audi a call regarding my dash illumination behind the speedometer, it was an ongoing issue for the past 3/4 weeks. Eventually when the light finally went out I gave them a call. I was dealt with buy a friendly and polite member of customer service staff called Annelise Musson, she booked the car to be brought in straight away and asked for a photo of the speedometer while the light was out... I sent her the photo and they ordered a new full dash unit to be replaced under warranty. The whole situation from start to finish was hassle free. I was dealt with by friendly staff, offered coffee etc and all my questions answered. Everything was done and completed within 24 hours, the car was given a valet and clean also! I've had nothing but 5* service since buying the car and will not hesitate to buy another car from them again!
