My wife and I popped into JCT600 Volkswagen York just to have a look and pick up a brochure for a car to replace her SEAT Ibiza which was coming up three years old. We had not decided which car we would buy but as soon as we walked into the showroom we felt relaxed and comfortable, no pushy salesperson just nice friendly people. We spoke to Rob Wharton and explained our needs, he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the different vehicles we looked at. We chose a Golf GTI which was in the showroom after having been on a test drive in a similar vehicle and collected it one week later. The whole process was done with speed and efficiency, a rare commodity these days. We were very impressed and of course delighted with the new car. The emails we received from Rob were very informative and to see our car in a video ready to collect was a real treat. We will be recommending the company to all our friends and family and would not hesitate to return ourselves. Rob introduced us to several of his colleagues, they were all welcoming, friendly and helpful, we can put faces to names when we need to phone, for servicing etc. Altogether we are extremely delighted with the whole experience and Christine was thrilled to receive a bouquet of flowers from Rob. I received excellent service from Ben Winter at VW Bradford from the date of ordering to the pick up of my new car 7 months later on the 1st March. The long wait was no fault of the dealer but Ben kept me up to date with the build progress along the way. Ben even gave me £250 John Lewis vouchers as a good will gesture!! When picking up the new car it had a full tank of fuel and Ben gave my daughter a VW teddy bear as a gift which made her day! The car was the only one inside the showroom covered up which I thought was a nice touch given it was raining outside. I even got a sign which had my name on it welcoming me to my new car!
