I have been very impressed with the service I received from the Mazda dealership.Richard has been very attentive and answered all my questions He speedily returned my phone calls and gave a full explanation of the car. He was very pleasant at all times and ensured that I was satisfied with the deal,emphasising that he would be only too happy to give further advice if necessary. this he has already done!

From start to finish we were dealt with impeccably by Joe Robinson. He worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and went the extra mile to give us the things we needed to clinch the deal. He then regularly updated us on the progress of our order, over and above the online tracking facility. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always extremely professional. If we ever rang up and he wasn't there, he rang us back as soon as he was able and even rang to check how we were getting on with the new car at the end of our first week of ownership. After being undecided which new car to buy. I called at Lincoln Audi to look at an A3. I was put into the very capable hands of Karl Horsewood, who couldn't have been more helpful. The demonstration of the car was excellent and he gave us all the information needed to make an informed choice. Upon deciding on an Audi A3 S Line, Karl kept us updated on delivery date. We went in to collect the car. We were greeted by very friendly staff together with Karl. The car was then unveiled in all it's glory. The hand over was exceptional with everything being explained including my phone being connected. My wife was very happy with the flowers. Would like to say a big thank you to the guys at Grimsby Audi especially Mr David Wells for making the impossible possible.Back in February I found this car on the AA website and it ticked all the boxes apart from it was 140 miles away! Just on the off chance I rang Grimsby Audi to inquire about it and spoke to David. He emailed me more pictures,service info,etc and promised me the car is 100% and that he would even deliver it!,sounds to good to be true.what can I say,I'm now the very proud owner of a R8! Wow what a breath of fresh air! After some really poor experiences with other local main dealers we were somewhat apprehensive about making further efforts to replace my Mum's car. But I have got the give credit to JCT600 the whole team was such a pleasure to do business with. In particular I need to mention the professional yet friendly manor in which Gareth Barnes our sales executive dealt with the purchase. Buying a new vehicle should be an enjoyable time and Gareth made it just that. No Stress No Hassle No Nonsense. Gareth clearly works very hard at JCT600 I wish I could find a 'Gareth' to work within my business. We was so happy with the sale of my mums new VW UP we have now purchased a new Beetle.

I had my heart set on an Audi TT for 9 years and therefore wanted to buy from a reputable company that I could trust. Following recommendation from a family member, I paid a visit to Sheffield Audi showroom. Time was spent with Mr Rob Searson who listened and noted the specifics of the desired car I was looking for. Mr Searson searched extensively throughout the country for a car that met my criteria. Unfortunately my initial visit was unsuccessful however I felt confident that Mr Searson would contact me if a suitable car became available. Several weeks later I was invited to come in and test drive a car. The car wasn't exactly what I was originally looking for, it was even better and at a very good price! A deal was negotiated and a couple of weeks later I owned a dream car! I cannot fault the service at the Audi Sheffield showroom. All staff are extremely professional, friendly and reliable.

I had had cars through the Motability scheme for quite some years now, and the people at each dealership are all suitably trained advisors where disability needs are concerned. Take the Renault I got in 2010. I thought the advisor was very pleasant and helpful enough but, it was clear that this is what they did, day in, day out. Now compare that with the welcome we received from JCT600 at Hull. Anyone would think we had walked in looking to buy a Bentley GT ! Roger the young man who introduced himself answered all our questions re - motability etc and answered questions we had not thought to ask, but, first he made sure we were comfortable, provided with refreshment and only when we were ready, showed us the model we wanted to look at. There was no feeling of being hurried, as though he had no one else to see after us, although he must have had plenty to do. Once I had decided on a car, spec, colour etc that was it. Done. Easier than I could ever have imagined. He phoned me at every stage, when it was being built, transported, expected hand over date, everything. I cannot imagine him treating me any different if I had showed an interest in an Aston DB9 ! Fantastic car our Peugeot 2008 and all of this has left my wife and I with the feeling that, although Roger is a member of JCT600's staff, he was actually working for us. Thanks to Peugeot Hull

While waiting for a service to be completed on my existing E Class wandered outside to look at the offers on the forecourt - on returning to the building Michelle who had seen me looking had a chat about the car I was looking at and returned to on several occasions - she was most professional and even though I had said I was not there to purchase offered a test drive to compare the newer model with my own car. The result was a conversation and negotiation that gave me a deal to exchange that I found difficult to refuse. Michelle has been most helpful throughout the process keeping me informed at every stage - the vehicle is due back in for some minor work which was part of the process to ensure that I was 100% happy with my new purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership - the last vehicle was purchased new from here but the service has improved considerably from some years ago.

I went to the Audi garage not exactly sure what I wanted. A salesman there (Bryan Windle) met with me, took his time and advised what cars would work for me after I explained what I wanted. I explained that I was not yet ready to buy a car and Bryan was very patient with me as I went off to test drive other cars. I've been to all the main dealers and by far Bryan treated me well above all the others. He was friendly, very approachable and we built up a nice rapport. He called occasionally to ask how I was getting on and we chatted about all sorts. After I had gone and test driven half a dozen cars I would chat about them with Bryan. I think Audi make brilliant cars, but I honestly think I based my decision to buy Audi a lot on the way I was treated by Bryan at the Lincoln Audi. I just wish all sales people out there were like Bryan :0).

Potential disaster averted thanks to the excellent customer care and service received! On my driving the purchased car from the garage various faults emerged.Peugeot Bradford promptly liaised with Peugeot Hull who loaned me a courtesy car and Volkswagen Hull where my car was fully inspected, new parts fitted and the car fully tested.Whilst my initial reaction was disappointment and unease, I cannot fault the prompt, efficient, helpful way in which JCT600 dealt with the issues. I drove my car home today in glorious weather with the roof down and it performed perfectly. Customer satisfaction? Yes, absolutely.

This is the first time I have bought a brand new car and the whole process from ordering to driving away my new Seat Leon was handled brilliantly by Jonathan Wensley at Menston. I arrived not really knowing what I wanted and now have the best car I've ever owned. Jonathan went through all the options, colours etc and showed me a Leon with 17" alloys that really make all the difference to the car. These were really out of my price range but in the end included in the deal I got - fantastic. I was also really impressed that I was able to pick up the 14-plate car at 11am on Saturday 1st March which was also really important to my daughter. The car is wonderful to drive so I have all the staff at JCT600 to thank especially Jonathan. This is a first class dealership and I'll be getting my next new car there in 3 years time. I shall certainly be recommending JCT to all my friends.
