Buying your next car is usually a daunting experience at the best of times, however on the two occasions I visited Audi Boston I was met by polite, professional and informative friendly people. Although not my local Audi dealership who will remain nameless and avoided, I decided to visit this branch as they held quite a few Audi TT diesels within the group. At this time I just went to view and ensure myself that, despite the fact I loved the look of the car, up close and personal it was as good as it looked. Although the car I was interested in had just been sold, the manner in which I was treat and the time and information given without the usual unrelenting pressure sales was great. Some 2 months later I noticed Boston Audi had 3 Audi TT Diesels in stock and contacted the same sales person who, true to form, sorted out a viewing and test drive. On arrival both my wife and I were greeted by the ever so friendly Jayne Cooke who went through all the details of the car and the test drive. We loved the car so much we opted to buy all under the guidance of Jayne Cooke whose methodical, patient and informative friendly nature made this car buying experience so pleasurable and one we shall remember. The car is fantastic just like the whole experience from the dealership which all starts from the receptionists who always greet you initially through to Jayne Cooke. Thank you Jayne and Boston Audi you are a credit to Audi and more importantly yourselves.

In 2012 I bought a Volkswagen Passat from a local non franchised dealer. The car needed minor cosmetic attention to the trim which I brought to the attention of JCT600 VW Wakefield. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, under warranty, at JCT 600 VW York; the staff were very helpful. Sales Executive Susan Lloyd was on hand and gave us all the information we requested, and more; took us on test drives in both the 1.6 and 2.0 variants of the model for our evaluation - we chose the VW Golf 2.0 TDI. One of the major factors in purchasing a new car from JCT600 VW Wakefield was the high level of; courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness we had experienced from this company - all of this in a dealership with a very pleasant ambience. Susan Lloyd couldn't have been more helpful, dealt with our purchase throughout, and remains available should we have any further queries.

After deciding to purchase a new car, my wife and I narrowed it down to either a Mercedes Benz C class or a Volkswagen Passat as both were bringing a new model out soon and prices were easing off a bit on both makes. We visited MB dealer in Harrogate after seeing 3 cars on their website. When we got there, the salesman did not seem to want to show us them, so after waiting around in their show room for nearly 2 hours we gave up. Our local VW showroom did not give us much hope either, the sales man seemed very keen to sell us a red Golf estate in the show room but not a Passat, which then led us off to their other branch in Northallerton. The same scenario happened there as well. We wondered if they did not want our money! We then went to VW York, what a totally different experience . The sales man, Alex Wharton actually listened to what WE wanted and explained the options that were available to us. He and another Manager Dave, had quickly sourced the car WE wanted, to the spec WE wanted and the whole experience was effortless, friendly and professional without any heavy sales chat. We would certainly buy our next car from Alex again.

Have been looking for a Mazda3 Sport Nav diesel for a few months now, found one here at JCT600 Leeds. Having phoned up and spoke to Richard Miller, I decided to drive over to Leeds and test drive the one that I found. Richard waited for me to arrive, even though I got caught in traffic. I was impressed with the car and also with Richard's enthusiasm, he is so "down-to-earth" and communicates very well with his customers. To cut a story short, I paid a deposit after the test drive, put a deal together and a week later (22nd July) I collected a shiny black Mazda3 that is the envy of my family, friends and work colleagues. Such was the level of preparation that everyone thus far thinks the car is brand-spanking new! - kudos to JCT600 and in particular Richard for keeping his word reference my requirements over the car. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it fun, quite a feat ... I have already recommended JCT600 to my friends, family and colleagues on the basis of my experience with Richard. Thank you for answering my incessant telephone queries ... all-in-all, would I return to JCT600 ? ... hell yes! Thanks to all the team at Leeds, but I would single out Richard for keeping his word when most in the car trade seem to lack integrity, he came across as honest, trustworthy, professional and friendly all at the same time, well done that man!

I was really nervous about buying a new car - well new to me and I had my heart set on a Corsa. I went to JCT600 Mazda Leeds and a very nice young man called Richard Miller greeted me in the forecourt and took me round the cars in stock. I was disappointed that there wasn't a Corsa I liked so we looked on the web site and Richard found one at their dealership in Bradford so he took me over to Bradford to test drive it. I soon realised I did not feel comfortable driving the corsa - I know going from a non power steering car to a power steering in completely different but I just didn't like it. He then took me back to Leeds and my daughter suggested I try a different make as I obviously wasn't happy with the Corsa. I looked at a Ford Zetec and took that out for a test drive and felt so much better with that but then I spotted this little Mazda and took a test drive in that and felt so comfortable driving it that I put a deposit on it. I felt under no pressure from Richard to buy anything and I know he has his commission to think about but he was so patient and kept us amused for the full 3 hrs we were with him. I would definitely go back to JCT600 Leeds and if anyone needs to buy a new or used car and are thinking of buying it from JCT600 Leeds I would definitely ask for Richard - such a nice young man and a credit to the company. Thank you for a happy experience I could not have asked for a better salesman.

I bought my first Volkswagen move up! 2 years ago from Volkswagen Wakefield. Last week I only returned as the car service was booked. I called at JCT600 Chesterfield on Friday 20th June, to have a quick look at the VW Move Up, after reading good reports and Google-ing 'Cars for Sale'. This was due to changed personal circumstances whereby I now needed an economical car, to supplement my existing 4x4 Freelander. I was met by a friendly and approachable young woman - Sara Elenzi, who readily offered me a test drive, which I accepted. Needless to say I was impressed with the quality, feel and sheer fun of this little car and I also appreciated the non-pressured and friendly test drive experience. Again, back at the dealership, Sara could not do enough for me to try and track down my preferred colour choice and then gave me time to think through the options available. When I decided that I could live with a red car (which I now really like), she then matched the deal offered by another dealership, to fit my budget and provide a great deal. She then called to collect me the day of delivery (as I had no car to trade in) and kept me advised throughout the buying experience. I also took out the 7 days VW free Insurance and followed this up with the yearly cover as again, I was impressed with the cost of the Insurance and the polite and friendly staff selling it. Overall, a Great car buying experience, Excellent Customer Service and a very cool little car - Well Done JCT600 Chesterfield and I will happily recommend you and the car wherever possible!
