Sales representative Jonny Turner was very genuine person, not like some car salesman. He really helped my husband and I to have the best deal possible on the Audi A4 that we were looking for. Jonny was very courteous & professional and he is a good ambassador to Audi Lincoln. Also Ann was very helpful with the transfer of our personalised number plate from the old car to the new one. Drop my car of for a service as usual in the morning and arranged to pick up late afternoon. I then received a video regarding the health of my car which I thought was a brilliant idea. I then received a call saying that my car was ready for collection, when I arrived at the garage I was met by a lady who offered me a drink while she sorted a member of staff to go through my paper work and keys. The only thing missing was the red carpet, no one could do enough for you, the car had been cleaned inside and out and I rate my experience 10/10. Thank you very much again.

We have now used JCT600 for 3 car purchases, two of which were from VW, Bradford and have always been satisfied with the service given. On this occasion we were looked after very well by Steven Burt, a very professional and genial sales executive. The service leading up to our purchase was relaxed and not pushy as with some dealerships and found that all the staff we came into contact with were very friendly also. The car video presentations and the indoor vehicle pick up area were nice touches.

Absolutely perfect service at Mazda in Leeds. Richard Miller is an asset to JCT600. We came from North Wales to purchase a BMW convertible. My mother needed to down size her Golf after the death of my father. We had a very professional adviser in Mark Jackson, who successfully specified and located a VW up, which meets my mothers exact requirements. We bought my wife's new SEAT Ibiza from this dealership. After trying a number of other car types and dealerships, SEAT Bradford was like a breath of fresh air, no pushy salesmen, we were given plenty of time to look round and the salesmen were very knowledgeable about the product. We had an excellent test drive experience with Scott Wallace and Edward Parkin handled the sale very well, in particular offering some very useful advice as we configured our car.
