  • Neil Richards

    Neill Richards

    Neill joined JCT600 in January 2013 as Fleet Sales Director from the RAC Corporate Partnerships. Neill has over 20 years’ experience within the fleet sector and at JCT600 is tasked with managing a fast paced fleet team. Neill’s responsibility is the successful delivery of a five year strategy set out at the start of 2013, which is to deliver 16,000 fleet units by 2018 and is currently on track to deliver this. Neill has a thorough knowledge of the contract hire and leasing industry having developed and won multi million pound tenders. He also has expertise in project management, the management of high performance sales teams and developing sales enhancing strategies. Neill is never phased and constantly strives to have the best team in the business.

  • Steve Wilman

    Steve Wilman

    Steve originally joined Gilder Group as Fleet Sales Manager in 2006 and in 2007 JCT600 and the Gilder Group became one. Steve’s department operates as a stand alone fleet hub in Chesterfield delivering 3,000 units annually, doubling the number the two departments were achieving when Steve began in 2006. Steve also manages the PDI centre and operational side.

    Paul Smith

    Paul joined JCT600 in 1997 as Corporate Sales Manager having moved from Toyota as Business Development Manager. Paul has over 30 years motor trade experience within both the retail and fleet sectors having previous roles with Toyota and Peugeot. Paul’s current role at JCT600 BMW and MINI is to develop and manage a dedicated team of Account and Business Development Managers to ensure customer service level agreements are strictly adhered to and that customer satisfaction is maintained. Paul’s laid back but committed to the cause approach ensures targets are never missed. Paul and the team are hugely passionate about BMW and MINI and have doubled their sales since 2012. Paul is a hugely respected member of the management team and is always on side to support.

    Tony Dent

    Tony has been with JCT600 since 1998 and has worked his way up through the business from a trainee sales executive. With five years fleet experience and a team of Business Development Managers working under him, Tony is ideally placed to identify individual business needs and structure a package that can benefit a business both in terms of cost and environmental impact. Tony’s department has grown since 2012 and with the acquisition of two more sites, fleet sales will continue to increase. Tony won Mercedes-Benz Fleet Sales Manager 2014 and his team won Fleet Sales team 2014, a testament to Mercedes-Benz and JCT600. 

  • Jayne McFazden

    Jayne McFadzen

    Jayne joined JCT600 in January 2006 as a Fleet Sales Executive having moved from The Cooperative Motor Group where she previously worked as a Fleet Sales Manager. Jayne has 15 years experience within the fleet sector, and in January 2013 was appointed Volume Group Fleet Manager to bring together the various volume fleet teams as one division. This enabled JCT600 to offer a range of volume brands for national fleet and local businesses from a single resource. Current brands which Jayne is responsible for include Chevrolet, Kia, Mazda, Peugeot, Seat, and Vauxhall.

  • Zakia Ishaq

    Zakia Ishaq

    Zakia joined JCT600 in 2014 and is the newest member of the fleet management team. Zakia has previously held posts at ING Car Lease, Tusker and Harratts and has a wealth of experience in the fleet sector. Zakia is responsible for Volkswagen Fleet, of which she manages 6 sites who report into the central hub in Bradford. Zakia manages a team of local business development managers, account managers, administrators and drivers. Zakia is also in charge of delivering circa 2,000 units locally and nationally whilst providing an exceptional service from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
