I would very much like to say thank you to Daniel Moran at the BMW garage on Sticker Lane. Daniel helped me out with rearranging the finance deal I had on my car. Daniel was fantastic, he went beyond the call of duty and acted in a sensitive and professional manner. I recently visited your Peugeot van dealership at Sticker Lane, Bradford. I was greeted by Jayne McFazden who was extremely helpful and it was very refreshing to find somone with such good product knowledge and genuine interest in the customer's needs. She followed up my enquiry and gave me all the information required without being pushy. We did have an issue however with availability of a vehicle and also the old vehicle trade in value both obviously out of Jayne's control. We have ended up replacing our van with a Citreon, this was due to availability, loyalty to the sales person and also some spec issues however I would certainly return to see Jayne in the future as her professional approach and genuine interest in the job would make JCT600 a certain port of call.

A week ago I left a complaint on this site about my experience with BMW service and I have to say I am impressed with the speed at which both the JCT600 head office and the Gordon the dealer principle dealt with the issue. Both Gordon and Simon went out of their way to recover my lost faith in the JCT600 experience and make me feel valued as customer, no one gets things right all the time but the true mark of good customer service is how you put things right when they fall down. Head office should say well done to Gordon & Simon because they were so good that I didn’t take my custom elsewhere and have placed an order for a new 3 series convertible. I saw an advert on the internet for the car I wanted, so firstly contacted your company via the web chat, I spoke to a friendly man called Simon who said someone would call me and they did within 5 minutes, another nice man called Phil French who gave me all the information about the car I was looking at and explained someone would call me back from where the car was situated. A very friendy helpful and happy young man called Alex called me back and it was like I had known him for years, very relaxed and very helpful and we came to a deal of me trading my car in to purchase the new one, I was really happy with what he had to offer so agreed to visit the showroom the next day at Rawdon.

When I arrived Alex greeted me with a welcoming smile, a handshake and a very nice cup of coffee! He had the new car ready and waiting and it was spotless. We sat at his desk to finalise the details and fill out the required paperwork and all through he was chatty, funny and very professional. I then met Joe who again was very helpful and professional to fill out other paperwork relating to my new car.

Overall I had a great day, got a great deal and met some wonderful people, no pressure at all and would recommend your company to other people in an instant. In the future if I change my car I will certainly go to your company first before approaching others as the service I received was just brilliant!

Just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the parts and service department for rescuing me from a bad day. My husband had chucked my garage key into the small glove compartment passenger side. To our amazement the key had gone behind the glove compartment via the gap at the top. We looked under the car, and in the bonnet but no sign of the key. We couldn't get the glove compartment out. We phoned and fortunately you took the time to explain how to get the compartment out and sure enough right inside hanging there was the key. I would like to thank JCT600 Peugeot Bradford for the excellent service that I have received. My current car is a 207, the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and unfortunately 6 months after purchase it was diagnosed with corrosion to the inside of the brake discs. I contacted the Service Dept and they immediately made me an appointment to inspect the problem. The condition was confirmed and without any quibble they agreed to rectify the problem with discs and pads at no charge to myself. This is the first occasion that I have had to report a problem on either vehicle and I am pleased to say that the quality of after sales matches the exellence of the sales service. I might add that the young lady on service reception was extremely polite and helpful keeping me fully informed of developments throughout. I have recommended others to this dealership in the past and this latest experience has given me even greater confidence in this respect.

I recently purchased a 60-plate Vauxhall Meriva SE from JCT600 in Castleford. It was the fifth car I have bought from yourselves and as usual, I have nothing but praise for the way in which I was treated by your staff throughout my purchasing experience. I was also offered the opportunity to take out tyre and wheel insurance for the Meriva as part of the deal and although normally I am very sceptical about such things, on this occasion with a new tyre for the car currently retailing at £190, I decided to do so.

Five days after taking delivery of the car it developed a puncture. I took it back to the dealership where they provided me with a courtesy car while the damage was assessed. The insurer agreed to pay out on an exact replacement tyre (Continental) and I was called the following day to collect the car with all the work done and just £10 excess to pay. With the policy itself costing £249 spread across the 42 month agreement, as far as I am concerned it has already paid for itself and is something I would recommend to other customers.

Nothing was too much trouble.
I recently purchased a Peugeot 107 Envy from your dealership in Menston and feel compelled to inform you of the excellence of the service I received there from all the staff and in particular from the Sales Advisor who assisted me. My wife purchased a 3008 from the dealership recently and again, was ably advised by the same sales executive. This factor was the reason I returned to the dealer for my present purchase.

Throughout the purchases our sales executive was a person in whom we felt we could put our trust - not always the case in sales persons! He was always friendly and courteous and we were left with the impression that he really cared that we made the correct choice for our circumstances. The purchase by my wife was not straight forward and the whole dealership worked to make the procedure as painless as possible. They even went to the lengths of finding an identical car for us to borrow on a short holiday when our new delivery was delayed on the continent by Bank Holidays etc. We had the impression from the whole team that nothing was too much trouble.

We have since recommended the dealership to several friends and will continue to do so in the future. I feel that as a nation we are too willing to complain but are reticent in praising excellent service.

I would be grateful if you could pass my thanks and appreciate to the whole Audi team at Lincoln for the way in which the recent repairs to my car were dealt with. The problems were initially investigated just prior to the expiration of the warranty, but the root causes of the problem were not discovered until the car was out of warranty – but nevertheless it was fixed at considerable expense to the dealership.  At no time was I requested to make any contribution to these expenses.  Not only that, I was always provided with an alternative vehicle so that I was never inconvenienced when my own car was being attended to. This is an exemplary standard of service, and it is appropriate that the team there should know how much this is appreciated.

I purchased my Chrysler 300c from JCT600 Leeds because it was the best deal I could find in the UK. It has been serviced by JCT600 during the time I have owned it and has been fault free since purchase in 2008. There are 5 Chrysler dealers nearer to me but the customer care at JCT600 gets my vote every time. I will definately check out the new Chrysler 300 at JCT600 when it is released in the UK.

Why we travel from Leicester.
I bought my first car from Alastair over 9 years ago, and since then another four for ourselves and a arranged the deals on a further five for friends & colleagues. Later this year I hope to be placing another order with you to replace my existing A4 Avant.

Despite the rising cost of fuel we travel to York for every service, MoT and very occasionally an accident repair.  The reason the only Audi dealership we deal with is yours is down to the warm welcome from your staff and the quality of the work done.

Despite several changes of ownership, your staff have been loyal to the branch and are clearly enjoying their work. Everyone I come into contact with, whether new or old, is always enthusiastic and interested in doing their best.

I would like to make special mention of the following super, valuable people:
In Service Darren Priestly and his team especially Stephen and the wonderful Dorothy and Alan. Damien in Parts, Alastair and Ian in Sales. All these people always go the extra mile.

Yesterday I was looked after by Nigel and spent time with James looking at a fabulous A1 TFSI. Stephen and Alan in the background were completely focussed on delivering the best customer service experience, as always.

I would be very surprised if any other Audi UK dealership was as fortunate to have such outstanding staff as your business. A great advantage!

A masterclass in customer service.
The team at Newcastle were fantastic, I was possibly advantaged by me being in "the trade" but nevertheless each and every member of staff who I came in to contact with was friendly, warm and consistently illustrated that nothing was too much trouble. Their actions saved me hundreds of pounds in terms of my time and fuel and most importantly they helped me resolve the situation, placating our customer and allowing me to get back to London a day before I thought I would do. At the risk of sounding sycophantic it was the best retail experience I have ever had, in or out of work. The team up there did themselves and the Porsche brand proud. The team were all superb, a masterclass in customer service and so good in fact that I thought the top man should know.
