The whole experience was a pleasure despite heavy rain and high winds during the test drive. Overall I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 and will certainly go back again if I decide to upgrade my car again but I am now 57 years of age and may keep this now till my licence expiry date or depending on my driving ability.

I spotted my car on the internet described only in words and phoned to ask when photos would be available. My contact, Kristian Bell, went straight to take photos himself and sent them to me from his own mobile phone.

This fault proved a bit of a challenge to rectify but they would not let us have the car back until they were 100% satisfied the fault was rectified and we had a loan car in the meantime.
Between their skilled technicians, their excellent service manager, and Audi themselves the car is now running like a dream and we are extremely satisfied customers. When this car comes up for changing we will definitely be staying with Audi Boston, their after care is second to none. Thank you for everything, Team Boston; you are "Simply The Best". My initial contact regarding trade in price and cost of the new car proved a little wary. But the staff were, at all times, polite and considerate and could not be faulted. I did however want to purchase the top of the range Mazda CX-5 Sport Nav Auto and was disappointed to be told that one was not available to test drive in the franchise. I phoned Perrys in Huddersfield to test drive the car and was in fact offered a better deal (£100 reduction, which would have purchased more accessories).
I decided to stay at Bradford simply because it was nearer for the servicing, but the boot and door scuff plates would have been very nice addition to have had for the car! I then had to wait 10 weeks for the model to arrive. This of course cannot be put down to the staff who I found at all times to be polite, helpful and gracious. The staff kept me informed of the progress of my order. Would I recommend and use JCT600 again? Yes, keep up the good work.

On arrival I was talked through my options, I test drove an A5 which I found very comfortable, I had always liked the Audi TT but never dreamed for one minute I could afford one, Nathan was extremely helpful and listened to what I wanted from a car, I was about to purchase the A5 when the desire for the TT arose, I asked Nathan to work out the finance and to my delight the figures worked out well, now not only do I own a TT the dealership had the S Line Quattro Black Edition S-tronic in stock on site, when I was taken to see the car my mind was made up, this was the car I had always wanted. I collected my new car a week later and haven't stopped driving it since, still can't believe it is mine. I want to thank Nathan for making this happen and for listening to what I really wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Nathan to any of my friends as the whole experience was about what I wanted and what was right for me, at no point did I feel any obligation to purchase a new car, they made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I look forward to renewing my car again with Audi in approx 18 mths. That's if I can tear myself away from my dream car.

I never thought I would buy a car from Volkswagen in Newark as the prices were always expensive but I guess you pay for the Brand and Quality. On my visit I looked around the used cars to find the car that I had seen online, I got my car at a very good price, good part exchange valuation compared to other dealers, competitive finance figures, I was kept informed of how everything was going and the turn around was very quick. The only downside was that when I went to collect my vehicle at the agreed time and date, the car hadn't been taxed but they delivered the car to my place of work which made up for it. I got a couple of extras included in my deal which would of cost be around £350 if purchased separately. I only purchased my car in March 2013 but I am now considering buying another car from them as I now need 5 doors. I would highly recommend them.

Car booked in several weeks ago for 8am. today, 30.7.13. Upon arrival we were told to go to a different garage for the work carrying out (recall/doors). This second garage then sent us back to the first one where we were then told that the parts weren't available and to return in two days' time. The blame for this was laid at the feet of the person who booked the car in, someone with whom they were "having trouble". Needless to say, we are not happy with the incompetence and inconvenience. Bet this doesn't make the web site.

I went to the dealership to collect new 12 plate car. The car had not been taxed as the VW insurance had been entered in my wife's name, not the company name, surely this should have been checked in advance and picked up before I arrived. When I arrived my wife then had to email over her insurance details to get the car taxed. When I checked what I was paying I had been charged £135 for car tax, however this vehicle is only £30 after much arguing I was informed that because I had signed for the on the road price which included £135 tax that was what I was paying! Then to take the biscuit - the car had not been serviced so was not even ready to take away at the agreed date and time. I was told the car would be delivered to me just after lunch today with some fuel in it - at this time 2.25pm it has still not arrived. All in all not a very good sales experience, and the only gesture of goodwill was delivering the car - could do better - much better!!

I was looking for a Mini, but was unsure of exactly which car would be right for us. I saw a MINI at Priceright JCT600 in Rawdon, I rang and spoke to one of the salesmen John, who was really helpful and not pushy at all, so I decided to go in and have a look at the car he had. Although the car was lovely, and I was happy with the aftercare aspect buying from them afforded me, it was not the colour and design I had set my heart on. Again there was no pressure, John introduced us to Barry who opened up a set of options we never thought would be available to us, meaning they could source the car we really wanted. They took our details and were happy for us to go home that afternoon and think about our options, whilst they did some investigative work on our behalf. At 11am next morning John rang me to say they had found us a car at another dealership and if he went to collect it, would we like to come view it at 1pm. When we got there we couldn't believe it, it was higher spec than we thought we could afford or get insurance on. But the finance they had put in place and the insurance were well within our budget to say the least. They had obviously put a lot of hard work in sorting all this out for us, they also gave us a fair price trade in on our old VW Golf, and a reduced price GardX treatment for our new car! :D I had had an unpleasant experience with a garage in Warrington on auto trader a couple of days earlier, whom took a deposit from me just for me to look at a car, then refused to refund me when I didn't want the car, so I was nervous dealing with any garage to be honest. I NEED NOT HAVE BEEN WITH JCT600 PRICERIGHT - they were fabulous from start to finish, and we LOVE our new MINI. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. After leaving my beloved Audi TT with JCT600 Peugeot, Sticker Lane, Bradford for an MOT, which was quick and easy, I noticed some minor paint damage to my car when I got home which was most likely caused whilst at the garage. However, we all make mistakes but how you deal with them is what makes someone stand out. I was dealt with promptly, with no quibbles, the service was courteous and very professional. They did all the work for me, on the house, and I had my car back within 5 days, even a courtesy car was arranged. I was thrilled that they were taking it so seriously and the work was of a very high standard. I have had BMWs (not JCT600) and Audis in the past and have paid hundreds of pounds for services and work and found them to be pretty rude and unhelpful. I will definitely be using JCT600 for service work again. The Peugeot team are a credit to the company - especially the service manager Mary - and really live up to their reputation in testing times. A week ago I left a complaint on this site about my experience with BMW service and I have to say I am impressed with the speed at which both the JCT600 head office and the Gordon the dealer principle dealt with the issue. Both Gordon and Simon went out of their way to recover my lost faith in the JCT600 experience and make me feel valued as customer, no one gets things right all the time but the true mark of good customer service is how you put things right when they fall down. Head office should say well done to Gordon & Simon because they were so good that I didn’t take my custom elsewhere and have placed an order for a new 3 series convertible. I saw an advert on the internet for the car I wanted, so firstly contacted your company via the web chat, I spoke to a friendly man called Simon who said someone would call me and they did within 5 minutes, another nice man called Phil French who gave me all the information about the car I was looking at and explained someone would call me back from where the car was situated. A very friendy helpful and happy young man called Alex called me back and it was like I had known him for years, very relaxed and very helpful and we came to a deal of me trading my car in to purchase the new one, I was really happy with what he had to offer so agreed to visit the showroom the next day at Rawdon.
When I arrived Alex greeted me with a welcoming smile, a handshake and a very nice cup of coffee! He had the new car ready and waiting and it was spotless. My current car is a 207, the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and unfortunately 6 months after purchase it was diagnosed with corrosion to the inside of the brake discs. I contacted the Service Dept and they immediately made me an appointment to inspect the problem. The condition was confirmed and without any quibble they agreed to rectify the problem with discs and pads at no charge to myself. I recently purchased a 60-plate Vauxhall Meriva SE from JCT600 in Castleford. It was the fifth car I have bought from yourselves and as usual, I have nothing but praise for the way in which I was treated by your staff throughout my purchasing experience. I was also offered the opportunity to take out tyre and wheel insurance for the Meriva as part of the deal and although normally I am very sceptical about such things, on this occasion with a new tyre for the car currently retailing at £190, I decided to do so.
Five days after taking delivery of the car it developed a puncture. I took it back to the dealership where they provided me with a courtesy car while the damage was assessed. The insurer agreed to pay out on an exact replacement tyre (Continental) and I was called the following day to collect the car with all the work done and just £10 excess to pay. With the policy itself costing £249 spread across the 42 month agreement, as far as I am concerned it has already paid for itself and is something I would recommend to other customers.

I recently purchased a Peugeot 107 Envy from your dealership in Menston and feel compelled to inform you of the excellence of the service I received there from all the staff and in particular from the Sales Advisor who assisted me. My wife purchased a 3008 from the dealership recently and again, was ably advised by the same sales executive. This factor was the reason I returned to the dealer for my present purchase.
Throughout the purchases our sales executive was a person in whom we felt we could put our trust - not always the case in sales persons! He was always friendly and courteous and we were left with the impression that he really cared that we made the correct choice for our circumstances. The purchase by my wife was not straight forward and the whole dealership worked to make the procedure as painless as possible. They even went to the lengths of finding an identical car for us to borrow on a short holiday when our new delivery was delayed on the continent by Bank Holidays etc. We had the impression from the whole team that nothing was too much trouble.
We have since recommended the dealership to several friends and will continue to do so in the future. I feel that as a nation we are too willing to complain but are reticent in praising excellent service.

The problems were initially investigated just prior to the expiration of the warranty, but the root causes of the problem were not discovered until the car was out of warranty – but nevertheless it was fixed at considerable expense to the dealership. At no time was I requested to make any contribution to these expenses. Not only that, I was always provided with an alternative vehicle so that I was never inconvenienced when my own car was being attended to. I would like to say that from asking your salesman for the test drive to handing over the money the experience was faultless and my wife and myself were treated with the utmost courtesy .I do not like to individualise a single person because I know you all work as a team but would like to say a big thank you and hope to do business with Grimsby Audi again
